We stand behind every LED bulb we ship. Each product comes with a 3-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

This product is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. If the product fails within the warranty period, please contact Light It at lightitshop.com/contact for warranty claim instructions. Proof of purchase may be required.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modifications, or acts of nature. Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty, and Light It shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Light It provides prepaid return shipping for any return request submitted within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and returns are not accepted beyond 30 days from delivery. Any damages, shortages, or issues with your order must be reported to Light It within 5 business days of receipt. Requests for replacements due to damage, shortage, or other issues made after this period will be billed to the customer’s account.
